Beautiful gun
Beautiful gun. The ascetics of this gun are amazing. I have put about 100 rounds through it already and has been problem free. It is a real joy to shoot and mine was spot on out of the box with accuracy.

Excellent !!
This gun is as advertised, and better !! Fantastic fit and finish and very accurate right out of the box. I highly reccomend this firearm if you're looking for a high polish 1911, I haven't seen any others that compare especially for the price. Also very quick shipping.

Been Looking for this gun for over a year!
Thge Remington R1s are the best kept secret in the handgun world. Remington did it right when they set up their 1911 manufacturing several years ago and made the commitment to buy and instal all of the latest CNC machines. The result is awesome slide/frame fitment right off the bat. You don't need highly trained gunsmiths to make these guns tight and smooth, these machines hold tight tolerances throughout the manufacturing process, and they shoot great fight out of the box! I own 2 of this model in bright nickel, and 2 R1 Enhanced models, one stainless, and one black.

Great gun, very accurate!
At first I only bought this gun because of how gorgeous it is. However, I finally took it to the range last night and WOW! What a great gun! Only my 2nd time at the range in 20 years and I put 6 out of 7 shots inside the 10 on my first mag. I was shooting my M&P 40 full size and can't even hit like that with the laser. Only put about 50 rounds through it total but all was smooth, no hiccups.
