Not one word in description about the sights. Can anyone describe them; i.e. are they basic dot, fiber optic, night sights, etc?

The front sight is a tritium night sight with a thin green outline, the rear sight has a square notch with no tritium inserts. There are fine horizontal serrations on the back of the rear sight to help cut glare.

Basic fixed pistol sights dovetailed into slide, Night Site (green) front and black serrated rear. I highly recommend this pistol, worth the cost.

How many magazines are included ?

The one I ordered arrived with one 10rd mag and one 12rd mag. The 12 rd mag extends the grip roughly 3/8 to 1/2"

Do they have a hammer fired version or just striker fired only?

This handgun is only available as striker fired. The closest hammer fired HK gun to this one would be the P2000SK, although it is a thicker gun with 10 round capacity in 9 mm

The HK CC9 is a striker fired pistol only. If you're looking for hammer fired in H&K look P30 or USP.

Are there interchangeable side panels as well as the back straps?

No, the side panels are affixed.The only thing it comes with are two back straps. The one installed and a large back strap.

Top Quality Concealed Carry Weapon

The CC9 is a very well crafted pistol. It balances well. The fit and finish are as good or better than a German sourced HK. Don’t be fooled or jaded by the naysayers online. It oozes quality and looks great in person. The polymer seems to be high quality and DOESN'T evoke a THROWAWAY afterthought Like the grip module found on the P365. Mags are high quality and durable. The trigger is decent - maybe a sLIGHTLY heavier pull and feel to a VP9. It’s crisp. The length of pull is nice. Snappiness is less than a P365 or Hellcat, but it’s still a small pistol. The button style mag release is great - the mags fly out and they are well positioned. This pistol is a keeper and should be in any HK collection and at the top of your list for a concealed carry defensive weapon.

Fantastic Handgun! It's everything we've come to expect from a top-notch company that Heckler and Koch is. This firearm handles like a midsize, has very little recoil and eats everything. I give it. Nearly 500 rounds through it already, so another thousand and I will be carrying it everyday.

So far I’ve ran 250 rounds through my CC9 without an issue. The ammo I’ve ran through it has been 115 gr. FMJ, 124 gr. FMJ and a few mags of 124 gr. HP’s. I have fairly big hands and the CC9 fits comfortably in my hand. For a subcompact pistol, recoil is mild. It comes with a tritium front sight and black rear sight that makes aiming easy. I am very pleased with my my CC9

Loving my HK CCP—it's my primary CCW. I’ve put over 500 rounds through it without a single malfunction. My only feedback is that the top of the grip is missing texture so it was hard to put a good grip on it. Added Talon grips, and now it shoots like a much larger pistol.

Great gun. I don't know why Grabagun was a $100 more than everyone one else $799 then two weeks later back to $699,but I didn't want to wait. Supply and demand I guess. All in all it's a great gun

This is an excellent gun as you would expect from Heckler and Koch. The grip sides can be changed to your desired size, which is a great feature. The mechanics and weight of the gun are excellent for a compact gun, and its accuracy is excellent. I highly recommend this gun.
