1. What is an FFL ?
A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a license that enables a person or business to engage in firearm transactions. This can be your local Gun Shop, Gun Range or Pawn Shop that holds a current FFL license that can process your transfer.
You do not need an FFL to buy a firearm, but you will still need to visit an FFL holder to fill out the required paperwork and background check before taking possession of a firearm.
2. Can you ship firearms directly to my house?
No. Any firearm purchased online by you must be sent to a FFL holder, who will verify your identity and ask you to fill out the ATF form 4473, and complete the NICS background check to verify your eligibility.
As an exception, we can ship approved Muzzle loaders or Air Rifles directly to your house. Please contact us by phone before placing an order if you are not sure if your desired product will require shipment to an FFL.
3. Do you have a retail store I can shop or pick my order up at?
We do have a storefront at our Coppell location and we do offer local pickup between the hours of 9-5:

You can place an order online, and then check the box for "Local Pickup - Coppell Store" and then we will send an email when it is ready to be picked up. Some orders are ready for pickup the same day, but others may take 3-5 days. You can also walk-in to our storefront if you would like personal service, or have any questions about our stock. Either way, we are an FFL holder and can transfer firearms to you directly from our store.
4. How do I change the shipping address for my accessory order?
For fraud prevention concerns, Grabagun requires that the billing address match the shipping address for accessory orders. We can make exceptions if your billing address is a PO Box, and our shipping method requires shipment to a physical address.
5. If I place my order today, how long will it take to arrive?
Estimated 2-14 days, depending on where you live, and what you order.
Due to hunting season and holiday volumes, orders may take 3-7 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number. We currently use the following shipping methods:
Standard Accessories: UPS Mail Innovations (Estimated 3-7 business day transit time)
Heavy or Bulk Accessories: UPS Ground (Estimated 2-4 business day transit time)
Rifles or long guns: UPS Ground (Estimated 2-4 business day transit time)
Handguns: UPS 2-Day Air (Estimated 2-3 business day transit time)
6. What should I do once my firearm has been delivered to the FFL?
Before accepting transfer of a firearm, you should take a moment to carefully inspect it for damages or defects. Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Once transferred, Grabagun will not be able to accept the firearm back.
7. Do you offer discounts to Military and Law Enforcement Officers?
Yes! We offer free shipping & handling on firearm purchases for all active duty military or law enforcement officers. We appreciate your service!
8. Do you ship to California?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Please note that some states, such as California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Maryland - to name a few - have special requirements or restrictions on firearms. Please contact your local FFL before placing an order to make sure they will be able to transfer the firearm to you, if ordered.
9. Do you accept payment via check or money order?
No. We currently only accept payment via credit or debit cards by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Note that we do accept prepaid gift cards that are sold by many retail stores.
10. Do you sell ammunition?
We currently only sell ammunition for local pickup at our Coppell, TX location. It is not available for purchase online or shipment, and quantities are limited. Please call to verify availability of your caliber!
