Shoots great, right out of the box.
There was no where to mount an optic above the dust cover as the picture shows, which requires you to buy the attachment device that mounts to the side of the weapon. Pulled it out of the box and put lead on steel targets from 100 to 200 yards without any problems. Being in California the mag change inhibitor is the worst. I a word, it sucks!!! For the price, out of the box this is the best rifle I have ever purchased. Will re-review after I shoot some distance with an optic.

It's not the rifle you think....
This is actually a good rifle! However it's not quite what you think it is. I bought one and it is fairly accurate and very reliable. i can keep a grouping of roughly 2 inches with open sights at 100 yards. Here's the downfall of this rifle... it's only made for single stack California compliant style mags. You can modify this rifle to fit standard AK mags and stocks. This is a stamped receiver with a milled receiver style stock. So, if you do buy this gun, and you want to modify this rifle, buy milled receiver stocks and a dremel tool to cut the magazine well out to fit standard size AK mags.
