The Echelon 4.0C Comp striker-fired pistol is built around Springfield's Central Operating Group, a modular serialized fire control module that transfers between compatible Echelon frames for maximum platform versatility and long-term investment value. The integrally compensated slide manages muzzle rise and recoil impulse for faster, more controlled follow-up shots without requiring a threaded barrel or external compensator. A 4" barrel with 1-in-10 twist rate, 7.25" overall length, and 23.9 oz weight deliver a compact, balanced package optimized for carry and range performance.
A factory-mounted Viridian RFX11 green dot optic on the optics ready compact 9mm pistol delivers immediate low-light targeting capability right out of the box without additional gunsmithing or mounting hardware. A front white dot sight and tactical rack U-dot rear sight provide a capable backup iron sight system that co-witnesses with the mounted optic for redundant aiming solutions. The black Melonite finish across the slide delivers exceptional hardness, corrosion resistance, and low-maintenance durability through daily carry and high-volume range use.

You just need to replace the mag extension on the 18 round mag with a standard Echelon base plate and you will have a 15 rounder.
Yes change to the 15 rd shorter spring and 15 rd baseplate from Springfield and your good to go
