The Kel-Tec Sub2000 production package ships with a 20 rd ProMag magazine. It will accept any 5.7x28mm magazine designed for the FN 57 pistol. If acceptance of a 20 magazine would conflict with your local laws, recommend you ask the seller to remove the magazine before shipping and substitute a 10 rounder or locate a 10 round magazine on your own.
It depends on the magazine you buy and the laws in your state. It comes standard with 20rd magazine. You can buy the 10rd magazine and also a 30rd magazine. Hope this helps
It takes FN magazines. If Fabrique Nationale makes a ten round magazine for it's 5.7x23 handguns, that's the only suggestion that I could make.
According to Keltec they use FN style magazines. So yes I have seen 10 round FN magazines for sale.

This is my third sub 2000 , 40 cal 9mm and 5.7 put green dot on top suppressed. It’s a fine accurate weapon. Fun to shoot

Don't take my 5* seriously just yet.. its been my secondary carry along side my canik prime.. so far its been perfect as it fits in my backpack and hasn't had a hickup yet when I've dumped a mag with it... its great.
