•Trigger & Hammer undergo 3-step heat treat & case hardening process
•Ground & hand polished sear engagement surfaces
•Electroless nickel finish embedded w/Teflon particles further friction reduction
•Disconnector is stamped from 1070 material & fine blanked for cleaner edges double disc ground to precise size
