Yes, manual thumb safety on the left side for right-handed shooter. Most ergonomic compact handgun I have ever used, and I own 10 different ones plus the others I have owned in the past. I recommend the G3c.

Yes - manual safety is located on the left side of the frame. It's right behind the slide stop lever. You can activate/deactivate it with your right thumb (assuming you're holding it in your right hand).

I handles most 9MM ammo very well. For ccw I recommend critical defense. OTHERWISE, any ball ammo for practice.

Rear sight is windage adjustable with a brass punch and hammer. I didn't need to adjust mine. 3 mags

Mine came with standard all-steel front and rear sights. The rear sight is serrated to reduce glare. and is also drift adjustable w/c allows the shooter to fine-tune the point-of-impact. The rear sight dovetail is also cut to dimensions that will accept the most common aftermarket fiber-optic or tritium night sights available...which i plan in attaching, depending on price.  it came with 3 x 12 rds mags.

The sights are fixed. They take standard “GLOCK” style sights, so you can replace them easily with Trijicon or ameriglo sights if you want. The pistol came with three (3) 12-round magazines.

Anyone have issues with 147 gr ammo not feeding into their G3c? My daughter's will not chamber Winchester or CCI Blazer flat tip ammo.  Eats any other including steel and aluminum case.

I have one of these, and there was a very small burr at the bottom of the feed ramp that was causing the nose of a hollow point to catch and not feed. I took a needle file and buffed away the burr and pushed the feed ramp, now it feeds like a champ.

I'd say polish the feed ramp and see if that helps. I have 5 Taurus handguns and I've never had a failure with any of them.

Does this model take the higher capacity magazines?

Yes, the Taurus G3 magazines fit the G3c (15 & 17 RD). TheY extend further, but you can find the approriate spacers. The spacers make for a smooth grip vs the "bare" magazine extending below the G3c grip, as they are longer. there are also non-oem mags which will work.

Well, yes and no. The rounds have a slight offset but not as much as a double stack. Could be wrong but that's how it appears to me.

Thank So long story short my wife and i had 2 other PISTOLS, but they weren’t what we wanted. So we went to a local gun dealer and we both picked out a taurus g3 mine has the laZer sight and hers has the red dot. They were both inexPensive but in no way are they cheapy made. We both love them every time we go to the range we run at least 100 rounds per through them and we have Not hAd any trouble out of them they work exactly as they are supposed To. They go bang every Single time you ask them to. Great guns!!!! We will be buying another pair very soon!! Well done!!! I highly recommend!!!!

I recently purchased this firearm, and was very pleased at the quality given its price point. before taking it to the range I decided not to clean it just to see how it might perform straight from the factory. I shot almost 100 rounds (95-97). The gun performed very well with 2 feeding problems late in the session. We were shooting the CCi Blazer brass. Could have been the magazines as they are quite stiff at first, maybe the ammo? Time will tell. (I Recommend a loading tool). The Trigger is nice. WOuld I buy it again? Yes.

My Taurus G3C far exceeded my expectation of a new 9mm. I owN two others, a glock 26 and s&w 5904, the taurus is just as accurate and easy to control and get back on target with ease but it was the price and the professionalism of the staff of grab a gun that made the purchase hassle free. This store will my go to facility for all my shooting needs.

This pistol is awesome!! I resisted Taurus small pistols for many years but this one shoots great, points well, zero malfunctions out of the box, uses Sig P226 9mm Mags!! You need to get one NOW!! Do it NOW!!

Very nice pistol, especially at this price point. Glock compatible sights. Striker-Fired trigger with crisp break and reset.

Love the price-point for this pistol. Trigger needed a little dry firing to break it in. Really nice size and 12 round mags to boot! Did put a Hogue grip on to tame the rough gripping areas. And if yu don't like the sights, it takes Glock replacement sights.

Another good Taurus Pistol. Don't think you can beat it at this price point.

I bought this pistol as an ugrade for a Taurus PT111-G2 model I sold. The pistol has run 100% with all ammo put through it. The trigger is a little "better" than the PT 111G2 and I do like the metal sights better(easily replaced with Glock 19 sights for old eyes). GrabAgun shipped promptly as usual - very satisfied with this purchase. The extra PT111G2 mags i had on hand work fine too.

Descent carry gun for the money. Its taken me a bit to get used to the trigger safety had to do a lot of dry firing to get motion out of my squeeze and some features it has my much older previous gun did not, like emptying in locked slide position but overall I am growing to love it! its nice and light and easily concealed I wear it an IWB hostler. I feel like for me as a female I am getting slightly less tighter groups maybe because its so light and a bigger caliber than my previous .380 it jumps a bit more. but I was able to put 3 of the first 5 rounds I shot out of it in the center at 20 yards. It was easy to reign in after the first two low to the left!

Very happy with my first gun. Ibhave researched a lot, tried many different ones at the range, but was amazed by the G3C T.O.R.O price compared to the other guns. So I pulled the trigger and bought it. I was surprised with the quality, trigger, and reliability. I am 6.03ft tall with big hands and it fits perfectly. For my surprise, I shoot better with it than with the famous and expensive ones.
