Extremely professional, shipped when they said it would be shipped, went straight to my FFL dealer.
The only issue I had was with the gun lock it did not work and so I contacted customer support.

Very Impressed
The entire transaction was great. Grabagun had the best price on the S&W SD9VE (at least $30 less than the competition) and the shipping was quicker than I expected. I placed my order on a Sunday night and by Wednesday it was already at my FFL here in California. Cant say enough good things about Grabagun. Now onto the pistol itself. It took me a day or so to get used to the size because I'm used to smaller framed 9mms such as my Kahr CW9, and the only full size pistol I've owned was a Beretta PX4 Storm in 40 Cal, so for full sized handguns I'm more used to higher caliber. But after getting comfortable with it I'm in love with this gun. I just took it to the range today to break it in. Shot 250 rounds of various FMJ ammo including Independence, Remington UMC, Blazer Brass, Field & Stream, and American Eagle (all in 115 grain) and Winchester White Box 9mm Nato in 124 grain. It ate everything with absolutely no issues, and straight out of the box the accuracy is as good as the shooter. I had no problems with the factory trigger, try it before you go spending money on an aftermarket one. Overall I am very pleased and impressed with this gun from Smith & Wesson and I would definitely recommend it.

Reliable, Great looking two-tone, Great value
Reliable, easy to shoot, accurate, and VERY ergonomic (excellent grip angle). Very reliable, she eats whatever I feed her like Rosie ODonnell. For a polymer handgun, the price is right. Compare to Glock 19 which is identical in construction (SW copied Glock for this), you're just paying double for the name "Glock".

A solid performer.
First time buying a weapon online. Calfornia FFLs will charge a sales tax. Don't let that catch you by surprise.Solid firearm for the price. The take down lever takes a little bit of finger tip strength, but otherwise the SD9VE is a solid reliable weapon. Rounds go down range very nicely. Many complain about the trigger pull but it looks like if you don't replace it with the Apex trigger, it'll wear itself in in a couple of thousand rounds. I had no FTF or FTE with double taps. I have had a chance to do rapid fire yet, but I don't imagine any issues with that.

Overall nice pistol for the Price
FAST shipping.. Very nice price and Good looking... A couple of mars/blesses on the finger rest and a little dirty inside. Also not oiled. I cleaned up and looking forward to taking it to the range.. :)
