The Luth-AR .308 Mil-Spec Carbine Buffer Assembly is a buffer kit for AR style firearms chambered in .308. It features a mil-spec diameter aluminum buffer tube, .308 weight spring and buffer and a standard latch plate and castle nut.
The Luth-AR carbine buffer assembly kit is a high quality buffer tube assembly kit that includes a buffer spring and buffer tailored for use in .308 AR style firearms. The kit includes a mil spec aluminum carbine buffer tube compatible with mil-spec stock assemblies, standard latch plate and lock ring, buffer spring and buffer. This kit is a great option for your AR10 build, or to convert your fixed stock AR10 to a collapsible setup with the correct spring and buffer.
Note: that converting a rifle length gas system to use a carbine length buffer system may cause reliability issues.
