The Legacy Detachable Magazine Drop-In Kit is a polymer floorplate replacement that allows you to use detachable 5 and 10 round magazines with your Remington 700 Short Action rifle. The kit features impact resistant polymer construction for the bottom metal and magazine to prevent corrosion and reduce weight. The magazine release operates easily and can be accessed by right or left handed shooters and the 10 round detachable magazine features durable polymer feed lips and a high strength spring. This model is compatible with Remington 700 Short Actions chambered in .243, .308 and 7mm-08 and includes one 10 round magazine (5 round magazines and additional 10 round magazines are available separately).
