The Galco Yaqui Slide is a classic open toed belt slide holster that that allows for a fast draw with minimal bulk on the shooter's belt. It features premium leather construction, and adjustable tension screw, and belt slot attachment with cutout to straddle a pants belt loop for easy positioning. This model fits most 1911 style pistols from a variety of manufacturers.
The Galco Yaqui Slide is a simple, effective holster based on a classic, reknowned design with the modern addition of an adjustable tension screw, allowing for a custom fit to the firearm and micro-adjustment of the draw stroke. The minimalist design and near-vertical carry angle make the Yaqui Slide very fast to draw from, while securing the firearm during everyday activity and providing minimal bulk and a low profile when the pistol is removed. The belt channel on most Yaquis has a circular cut-out for placement on the pant loop to prevent shifting of the holster. The open-muzzle Yaqui design is a favorite of those who own multiple barrel lengths of the same gun model. Constructed of premium saddle leather, the Yaqui Slide fits belts up to 1 3/4".
