The Faxon Firearms 300 AAC Blackout 7.5" Gunner Contour Barrel is a compact, lightweight, and performance-oriented barrel designed for AR-15 pistols and short-barreled rifle (SBR) builds. This barrel combines Faxons Gunner profile with rugged materials and a premium QPQ nitride finish, making it ideal for defensive, tactical, and suppressed applications in 300 BLK.
The Gunner contour merges a government-profile chamber section with a pencil-profile forward section, delivering reduced front-end weight without compromising barrel rigidity and heat resistance. Crafted from 4150 CMV steel and button rifled, the barrel provides excellent durability and consistent accuracy in a short package.
A 1:8 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of subsonic and supersonic bullet weights, maximizing the flexibility of the 300 Blackout cartridge. The barrel is QPQ nitride treated inside and out for enhanced corrosion resistance and longevity. The 1/2x28 threaded muzzle allows easy mounting of muzzle devices or suppressors, and the pistol-length gas system ensures reliable cycling—especially when suppressed.
