The Cascade is first ever CVA bolt-action centerfire rifle. The Cascade XT 24" 4140 CrMo barrel is finished in graphite black cerakote and features a threaded muzzle, making it ready for a brake or suppressor whenever you are (protective thread cap included). The bolt design incorporates a 70 degree throw for smooth and fast operation, plus generous scope clearance. The two-position safety is located for natural and instantaneous operation.
The synthetic stock is fiber-glass reinforced and has a SoftTouch finish for easy gripping. The buttstock has adjustable length of pull by way of a removable spacer making it an ideal gun for still growing youths, small statured adults or the full-sized hunter who wants to shorten his stock to accommodate heavy winter clothing. Dual front swivel studs allow for the use of both a sling and a bi-pod at the same time. Two piece scope base is included so the CVA Cascade XT is ready to mount an optic right out of the box.

The CASCADE XT (X-Treme) is our new “precision-oriented” member of the CASCADE family. Several key features make it the perfect multiple purpose rifle for many hunters. First, the heavier #5 taper fluted barrel adds stability and improves balance, while also allowing the firing of multiple shots without accuracy loss due to excessive barrel heating. Next, our radial muzzle brake greatly reduces recoil, making the XT very comfortable to shoot both on the range and in the field, even in heavier calibers. And lastly, the XT’s tactical-style bolt knob provides better leverage for faster manipulation of the bolt, especially from the prone position.
