Great value on a budget.
Love it !!! Fired 200 rounds first time at the range. Could have spent all afternoon there if I had the time and ammo. No problems feeding or ejecting, trigger spring was a little tight but expect it to loosen with time. Great pistol.

Can't find a better deal for the price
* I did not buy this from grabagun.com, but rather through another vendor *

Out of the box, the gun was clean, tight, and had no tooling marks visible. Initially I thought the feed ramp could have been polished smoother but after cycling both FMJ and hollow point rounds through, it appears that it does not need any attention.

Firing the gun is a blast, nice smooth trigger. It did take some getting used to- my only other pistol is a 1911 and the trigger is obviously different. Still, after only a few magazines, I was getting good groups - and man is this gun accurate! my best group at 10 yards was 5 rounds in a dime (was only loading mags with 5 to help save ammo).

Bottom line- you could buy this gun for 300, and not care if it gets scratched, tossed around, abused, etc.. or you could buy a gun 2, 3, or 4 times as expensive, that will probably look nicer and more tacticool, but will perform just the same. In 200 rounds I have had 0 fail to fire and only a 2 or 3 fail to eject. I had noticed the girlfriend was limp wristing, once I pointed it out, we didnt have any other issues

Great gun on a budget
The S&W SD9VE is a fantastic 9mm pistol on a budget. It's a great alternative to purchase a High Point or Kel-Tec 9mm firearm if you're willing to spend about $50-$70 more. It also comes with 2 clips that hold 16 rounds each. The extra clip you don't get with a High Point or Kel-Tech alone is a $40 value making paying a little more just a little sweeter. This gun is my everyday conceal carry weapon and is easy to conceal inside the waste band of my pants. The only thing I don't like about the gun is the sights are fixed and can't be adjusted. You have to practice a lot (which by the way, I've fired 3 different type of ammo and around 200 rounds and never had a jam) to get your aim right to hit the target. Great gun, only adjustable sights could make it awesome!

Great Buy...
A solid, well constructed pistol for the price point offered at. The only flaw in the entire design is the trigger. If you buy it, plan on getting an APEX spring kit to reduce the HORRENDOUS 9.5+ pound pull. Other than that, stellar deal.
