Fantastic gun, takedown difficulty grossly overblown . . .
Beautiful gun! Not sure if I could have done better on $$$, but didn't want to take the time, since the Mk-III has been replaced with the IV, and didn't want a new model until it has been out a while (seems like the takedown of the IV might be more prone to getting sloppy sooner). In any case, I was mildly concerned about some of the horror stories about takedown, and considering the lube on this was a tad tacky out of the box, decided to take it down and give it a light wipe of oil. I did need a mallet for takedown, but all in all, found the procedure utterly trivil, and even having never owned or stripped one of these, takedown/wipe/assembly was not more than 15 mins, and likely closer to 10. Other than forgetting to pull the mag out which prevented barrel removal on the first try, this thing is caveman simple, and went right back together. I suggest anyone with a new one first open and close the spring housing to get a feel for that (hammer strut must dangle free prior to closing) and once you get that, you should be good to go.

I fan't wait to fire it!
