Great piece
I love this firearm!
I have always been a Glock guy but I have always wanted a 1911 style pistol. This was my first 1911 gun and also my first online purchase. First off, this is no $1200 STI, but it is a fantastic piece. For ~$700 you cannot beat it. I purchased this on a late Tuesday night and had it by the following Tuesday morning. Everything was tight and smooth out of the box. The gun is very accurate (compared to my Glocks). Trigger has a little uptake but still brakes very nicely. Only negative thing is a had to work on feed ramp a little bit because transition to barrel was a little much and rounds would nose dive sometimes. After that, gun runs like a champ. I would definitely buy from Grab A Gun again.. and if you are looking for a nice cheap 9mm 1911.. this is the one for you.
Also, if you want more mags, para p18 magazines with Dawson base pads work perfect.

Two issues out of the gate
I ordered the gun which came with two mags and then three additional mags direct from armscor.
I went to the range with 250 rds of federal 115gn fmj.
The gun looked good with just a slight frame to slide wobble as expected for this price range.
I did not like how all 5 of my mags had 1/16-1/8" of vertical movement once locked into the frame. With upward pressure the alignment of the round to the ramp/barrel looked great however with no pressure the mag sat lower and the rounds were aimed at the bottom of the ramp.
First 5 mags went great except for the slide catch having to be triggered manually to release the slide on a new mag instead of just pulling back and releasing the slide (the catch would not drop on its own)
During the next 5 mags I started getting ftf's as the rounds nose dived low into a ramp that was too dirty to guide them as far up as they needed to go due to the mags sitting low.
I emailed armscor on both issues and will update my review on multiple forums once I hear back.

I love it
the gun is really heavy(which I like)
and is beautiful, only issue is it comes with one mag only.
